2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
claimgrid_clarity_consent: A strictly necessary consent cookie that stores whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. It stores only the values granted or denied and lasts up to 180 days.
Microsoft Clarity analytics cookies: If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity may set analytics cookies to help us understand website performance and user interactions. If you reject non-essential cookies, Microsoft Clarity is not loaded and known Clarity cookies are cleared where the browser allows it.
Claim forms, address fields, signature areas, and confirmation messages are masked from Clarity. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, claim details, vehicle registrations, case references, appointment details, or lead IDs to Clarity.
3. Third-Party Services
The website loads some third-party services to operate the site and Agreement Check:
- Google Fonts, used to load the site typography.
- unpkg CDN, used to load the PDF library that prepares the signed Letter of Authority.
- Ideal Postcodes, used when you search for UK addresses inside the Agreement Check.
These services may receive technical request data such as your IP address, browser details, and requested URL when your browser connects to them.
4. Changes
If we add further analytics, advertising pixels, embedded media, live chat, or any tool that sets cookies or uses similar storage, we will update this page and request consent where required.
