Terms and Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

Welcome to Claimgrid. By using our website and Agreement Check services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Service Scope & Role

PCP CLAIMGRID is a trading style of CLAIMGRID LTD, registered in England and Wales under Company No. 16860865 | ICO Number ZC180956. We operate as an independent online claims checking and introductory platform.

Introducer Only: We are not a law firm, regulated solicitors, or a Claims Management Company (CMC). We do not provide legal advice, nor do we file or prosecute legal claims directly on your behalf. Our service consists solely of matching and introducing potential claimants to our panel of authorised, regulated law firms or CMCs.

2. Agreement Check & Representation

By using the Agreement Check, you warrant and represent that:

3. The Introduction Process & Fees

Using the Claimgrid Agreement Check is free for consumers. We do not charge you any fees for checking your agreement or introducing you to our partners.

You do not have to use our services. You could claim for free via your lender, the Financial Ombudsman Service, or the FCA proposed redress scheme. Using our services does not guarantee a faster or better outcome.

If you are matched with a partner firm from our panel and choose to instruct them, you will enter into a separate formal contract directly with that firm. Our Partner Claims Management Companies or Solicitors may charge 18%–36% (incl. VAT) of your compensation. Solicitor fees are between 15% - 30% excluding VAT of any successful claim. We receive a referral fee from the solicitors we recommend.

If you terminate after 14 days, a termination fee for work done will be due. Please check the partner firm's terms and conditions for details before signing.

4. Digital Signature & Authorisation (LOA)

When you complete the signature canvas, you authorise us to embed your digital signature onto the associated Introducer Agreement and Letter of Authority (LOA). This enables our partner solicitor panel to inspect and query commissions on your historical finance agreements with credit providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Claimgrid Ltd makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of our online checker, but the final assessment of any claim rests with the matched law firm or CMC. We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the introduction service or the subsequent litigation of your claim by the matched legal partner.

6. Average Payout Statement

*Average payout £829 per agreement FCA Policy statement PS26/3. Individual outcomes may vary based on agreement terms, interest margins, and length of agreement.
